Display only one folder at a time - This option toggles between Explorer mode and FileQuest mode. In Explorer mode you can work with only folder at a time, like Windows Explorer. In FileQuest you can have more than one window open at the same time. You can't open more than more than one copy of FileQuest at the same time.
Save desktop on exit - Will restore the open windows the next time you open FileQuest.
Maximum number of open windows: While working with more than window is more efficient, managing too many windows can be hard. You can limit the number of open windows using this edit box. When you have reached the maximum number of windows, and you try to open another window, the window that has the focus will change it content.
This options effect the background of FileQuest. You can see the background when no windows are open or when you rearrange the windows to show the background.
Standard - Will use the default Windows background.
Color Fill - Will fill the background with the selected color.
Gradient Fill - Will fill the background with gradient color.
Using these option you can add a wallpaper to the background. You can tile, center or stretch the wallpaper.
